Maguindanao Sur officials turn over loose guns yielded by constituents

COTABATO CITY —Three town mayors in Maguindanao del Sur have surrendered six high-powered firearms, including a caliber .50 machine gun, yielded by their constituents, officials said. Brig. Gen.
