Man drowns in Cagayan River

TUGUEGARAO CITY — The body of a 33-year-old man was recovered on Good Friday, April 3, after he drowned the previous day along the Cagayan River in Barangay Maxingal, Lal-lo, Cagayan, the town information office reported. Rescuers from the Coast Guard, police, and Maritime units had been scouring the river since Thursday. The body was
