Man with alleged links to Dawlah Islamiya arrested in Isabela

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — A man with alleged links to the terrorist group Dawlah Islamiya in Mindanao was arrested on Thursday in Cauayan City, police said. Police Colonel Manuel Bringas, Isabela police director, said the arrested man was identified as Mawoh Pitailan, 42, a construction worker currently residing in CM Padilla Subdivision in Tagaran
