Manhunt on for detainee who bolted out of Zambales prov’l jail

SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES –  A detainee has bolted out of the Zambales Provincial Jail, prompting an intensive manhunt, according to the Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO) on Wednesday. The Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO) said the detainee, identified as Emilliano Agustin, 38, was able to flee around 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, after taking advantage of
