Manila Gilas falls to Germany, exits Fiba 3×3 Women’s Series

SINGAPORE—Manila Gilas’ spirited run in the 2026 Fiba 3×3 Women’s Series-Ulaanbaatar came to an end Friday after a quarterfinal loss to Germany. Germany routed the Philippines, 20-5, at Sukhbaatar Main Square in Mongolia to end Manila Gilas’ title bid. Manila Gilas was no match for Germany’s Victoria Poros, who had eight points in the win.
