MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday urged young Filipinos to strive for excellence, make the most of their abilities, and use their skills to contribute to the nation’s welfare. This message was delivered by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto during the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) 2025 Awarding Ceremony in Malacañan on behalf of Marcos.
