Marina to submit safety audit of PH domestic fleets but it will ‘take time’

MANILA, Philippines — The Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) has committed to submit to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) a comprehensive audit report of the all domestic fleet in the country. However, it admitted that this task will be “challenging” and it will “take time.” On Tuesday, acting DOTr secretary Giovanni Lopez had said he instructed Marina
