Maymay fury shuts down Cordillera mountain roads

BAGUIO CITY — Several roads across the Cordillera remained closed or under restricted access on Thursday as Tropical Storm Maymay crossed Northern Luzon after making landfall over Magsingal, Ilocos Sur at 2 a.m. As of 4 a.m., the storm was in the vicinity of San Juan, Ilocos Sur, packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers
