MANILA, Philippines — Property giant Megaworld Corp. is enjoying strong demand across its office portfolio, as the company was able to fully lease 24 office towers across its townships in the first quarter.
Megaworld said the fully leased office developments are located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Pampanga and Davao, covering around 430,000 square meters of leasable inventory.
