Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas and her older half-brother Tom Jr., are reportedly living in Cebu.

British tabloid, Mirror, published an article titled “Meghan Markle's dad Thomas 'struggling' in £500-a-month Philippines flat” which said the 80-year-old Thomas is being cared for by Tom Jr. and living in a “£500-a-month high-rise” apartment or approximately P37,011.50.

A source told Mirror, “Thomas and his son only recently moved into the property and they are still finding their feet in Cebu after the big move abroad, but they’re here together and are firmly supporting each other.”

The father and son had also lived in a three-star hotel in Cebu before moving into their apartment.

“They moved out after boxes of Thomas’s belongings, understood to include some of his most prized possessions, including albums of family photos featuring Meghan, arrived on the island,” the publication said.

The tabloid’s exclusive photos show Thomas, a retired Hollywood lighting director, sitting in the heat outside a supermarket near his home.

Tom Jr., meanwhile, was spotted leaving the flat holding hands with a young woman.

In an interview with Daily Mail, Thomas said, “I am ready for a change. I have felt stuck in a rut for some time and I am ready to meet new people and experience kindness.”

Meghan is estranged from her father, who has made several public comments against his daughter.

Thomas was unable to attend her wedding with Prince Harry because of two heart attacks, and was the subject of controversy when he appeared in staged paparazzi photographs before the ceremony.

It was reported that Thomas lived in Mexico for the last decade before moving to the Philippines.
