Mimaropa inflation slows to 5.2 percent in June

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Inflation in the Mimaropa region eased to 5.2 percent in June 2026, down from 5.9 percent in May, as lower costs of food, transport, and housing-related commodities tempered overall price growth in Region IV-B (the provinces of Occidental and Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
