MMDA advises motorists to take alternate routes as roadworks begin

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has advised motorists to expect heavier traffic in parts of Manila, Quezon City and Parañaque City because of some road constructions. In an advisory, the MMDA said the projects will span from July to as late as December. The activities were either already started or set
