MMDA’s Torre files leave of absence after Edsa busway incident

MANILA, Philippines — After his vehicle misuse incident, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager (GM) Nicolas Torre III went on leave starting Tuesday, September 8, according to the agency.  “GM Torre is on leave starting today,” the MMDA said.  The MMDA added that it will provide further details regarding Torre’s leave within the day.
