Monsoon rains to affect parts of Luzon, W. Visayas on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines — Rain showers triggered by the southwest monsoon or “habagat” will continue to hound parts Luzon on Wednesday, according to the state weather bureau. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Benison Estareja said during the 5 p.m weather advisory that the following areas may be affected by monsoon rains
