NDRRMC: 17 dead, 514,700 affected by Inday, habagat

MANILA, Philippines — At least 17 people were reported dead while around 514,700 individuals were affected by the onslaught of Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi) and the southwest monsoon or habagat, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Saturday.  Based on the NDRRMC’s latest report as of 6 a.m., the deaths
