No sail policy imposed in Occidental Mindoro town due to rough seas

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Authorities in Lubang have ordered the suspension of all sea travel starting Saturday, March 14, due to rough sea conditions caused by the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan. In a memorandum issued on Thursday, Lubang Mayor Michael Orayani announced the implementation of a “no-sail policy” covering all types of
