Nuggets coach David Adelman ejected for first time in NBA career

DENVER — Denver coach David Adelman was ejected Saturday for the first time in his NBA coaching career. Adelman, who took over from Michael Malone with three games left in last year’s regular season and got the full-time job after leading Denver into the second round of the NBA playoffs, was tossed by official Tyler
