The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti have been launched. These are new entry-level offerings from the RTX 50 series.

The RTX 5060 has a GB206 die with 3840 CUDA cores. It has 2.28GHz base clock and 2.5GHz boost clock speeds and needs 145W of power. However, it only offers an 8GB GDDR7 memory option.

Meanwhile, the RTX 5060 Ti has the same die and 4608 CUDA cores. It also has a 2.41GHz base clock speed with a boost speed of 2.57GHz. While it also has GDDR7 memory (28Gbps), it has a higher cap of 16GB and needs 180W of power.

These new cards use 5th-gen Tensor cores, 4th-gen RT cores, and run on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture built on TSMC’s 4N process. In addition, they support the DLSS 4 feature set with 4x frame generation and the upcoming Reflex 2.

Both cards support NVENC and NVDEC decoders and will use a PCIe 5.0 interface. NVIDIA says that both cards are 20-25 percent faster when compared to their predecessors.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 currently starts at USD 299 (~PHP 17,000) and will hit shelves in May 2025. Meanwhile, the RTX 5060 Ti has already been priced in the Philippines as per NVIDIA’s official website.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti will start at PHP 25,999. It will be available via platforms like EasyPC, Lazada, PCHub, PCExpress, and Shopee.
