Ombudsman Samuel Martires assured Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia that due process was observed in the issuance of the order to preventively suspend her pending resolution of an administrative complaint against her.
"We would like to assure the good governor that due process was observed in the issuance of the preventive suspension order ...", Martires said in a statement on Thursday.
