Ongpin steps down as Makati Business Club executive director

MANILA, Philippines — Makati Business Club (MBC) executive director Rafael “Apa” Ongpin has resigned from his post at one of the country’s most influential business groups effective April 30, the organization said Wednesday. The group said in a statement on social media that Ongpin “will be on terminal leave from 1 April to 30 April 2026.”
