FOR HER, WITH HER Celebrating belongingness and unity, Team Organon Philippines marks the company’s fourth anniversary and Pride Month with color, laughter and a heartfelt message: everyone belongs. PHOTO FROM ORGANON
GLOBAL health care company Organon commemorates its fourth anniversary with a strong message of purpose and progress: advancing access and equity in women’s health while fostering an empowering workplace where everyone feels belong.
With the theme “4 years strong. For her. With her,” Organon celebrates not only four years since its historic spin-off in 2021, but also the milestones it has achieved as one of the few health care companies globally dedicated to addressing the unique health needs of women.
“As we mark four years of Organon in the Philippines, we reflect on our purpose with even greater resolve,” says Emmanuel Tiglao, country manager of Organon Philippines.
“Filipino women play a vital role in shaping our communities, and their health must be a national priority. Our commitment then and now is to expand access to solutions that support her health at every stage of life, while building a workplace where women are valued, heard and empowered to thrive,” adds Tiglao.

The anniversary celebration centers on a series of employee-led initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to impact from within and beyond:
Recognized across the Asia Pacific cluster, the HER Health Champions Awards shine a spotlight on employees who go above and beyond to uplift women’s health, build community and live out Organon’s values. Team members are nominated for speaking up for women’s health, taking action and being a force for positive change in their workplaces and communities.
Dear Future Her Wall, a symbolic internal activity, encourages employees to write messages, pledges or hopes for future generations of women. These notes serve as powerful reminders of Organon’s enduring commitment to improving the lives of women everywhere.
Meanwhile, The Fun Awards is a lighthearted employee recognition segment that celebrates Organon team members who bring culture, positivity and collaboration to life. From “The hype queen/king” to the “Behind the scenes hero,” the awards honor the energy and dedication that fuel Organon’s purpose every day.
Belongingness at the core: Pride Month tribute
This year’s anniversary celebration also honors Pride Month, a meaningful occasion that reinforces Organon’s commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
“We believe that true empowerment comes from making space where everyone feels seen, heard and valued regardless of gender identity or who they love,” Tiglao further adds, “Belongingness is at the heart of how we work together and care for one another.”
As part of the celebration, Organon featured a symbolic pride-themed moment during its anniversary dinner, a visual affirmation that everyone, no matter their background or identity, deserves to thrive.
A company built for women
In the Philippines, where women make up over 21 million of the labor force, Organon’s work takes on a critical role. From reproductive health to menopause care, Organon’s portfolio addresses women’s evolving needs, advocating for better access to health care solutions across life stages.
With over 60 medicines and products across multiple therapeutic areas, the company continues to expand its reach, collaborating with global partners and advancing solutions that improve women’s lives and by extension, communities and economies.
Tiglao concludes, “When we invest in women’s health, we uplift entire societies. Organon was built to serve that mission, and four years on, we are just getting started.”
