OSG to SC: Exercise ‘judicial restraint’ on petitions to free Duterte

MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) has urged the Supreme Court to exercise judicial restraint in deciding the pending habeas corpus petitions filed by the children of former President Rodrigo Duterte in connection with his arrest that led to his turnover to the custody of the International Criminal Court (ICC) last
