P1.49-million illegal drugs, gun seized in Iloilo City

ILOILO CITY — A 46-year-old man was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao here on Monday evening, yielding about P1.49 million worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) and a firearm. The operation, carried out at 6:20 p.m., was led by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) under Police Capt. Roque C. Gimeno
