P110-million aid set for Mayon-hit workers in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY — The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has set aside more than P110 million in emergency employment assistance for over 20,000 workers affected by ashfall from Mayon Volcano in Albay. The assistance will be provided under the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program, covering beneficiaries in ashfall-hit municipalities across the
