P120-M Quezon road projects set to benefit farmers

LUCENA CITY — Farm-to-market road (FMR) projects worth P120 million in Catanauan, Quezon, are nearing completion and are expected to open soon after an inspection by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). “Based on our inspection, the roads were well-constructed and comply with proper engineering standards,” Engr. Randy Frogosa, provincial agrarian reform program officer, said
