P200,000 bounty out for soldier in DPWH exec slay

MANILA, Philippines — A Philippine Army personnel who allegedly shot his live-in partner, a Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) engineer in Northern Samar, is now the subject of a P200,000 bounty for his arrest. Karen Corsino Del Valle of the DPWH Northern Samar 1st District Engineering Office, along with her brother, was shot
