Pangasinan to extend financial aid to Mindanao quake-hit provinces

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — The provincial government of Pangasinan will provide financial assistance to provinces in Mindanao affected by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck on Monday. Gov.
