PH, South Korea to modernize PNP, fight transnational cybercrime

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) discussed efforts to modernize the local law enforcement agency and combat transnational cybercrime. This followed a meeting between Acting PNP Chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. and KOICA Vice President Lee Yun-Young at Camp Crame, Quezon City, on Wednesday.
