MANILA, Philippines — Philippine companies are increasingly turning to sophisticated technologies that combine artificial intelligence, data analytics and omnichannel messaging to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.

It reaches up to 150 million mobile users and 45 million over-the-top messaging users, enabling businesses to send messages to 227 global destinations through a network of 700 partner mobile operators.
The m360 messaging platform has also undergone a digital transformation, evolving from an SMS-centric service into a full omnichannel platform that integrates Viber for Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and email – managed through a single, unified dashboard.

As one of the newest portfolio companies of Globe’s 917Ventures, m360 leverages various communication channels to simplify the process of reaching and acquiring customers and improve customer experience. The platform features built-in applications including one-time pin generators for online banking and queueing management systems for healthcare and government sectors, providing businesses with data and analytics to monitor campaign performance.

While m360 provides the messaging infrastructure, Inquiro’s data-driven intelligence capabilities complement this foundation by supplying the intelligence layer that enables personalization at scale. As a business analytics and intelligence solution company, Inquiro helps brands understand their audiences and transform complex data into actionable growth opportunities.
Inquiro’s database represents the largest and broadest collection of user data in the Philippines, featuring over 94 million unique profiles, including more than 400 cohorts and attributes, and covering approximately 80 percent of the Philippine population.

Regional expansion and partnerships
BCHI’s technological capabilities have positioned it for regional growth beyond the Philippines. The company recently joined Bridge Alliance as a Technology Partner, gaining access to a network of 36 mobile operators and enterprise stakeholders across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
In January 2025, Globe Telecom announced a strategic partnership with GMS, an AI-driven communications solutions company, building on the successful collaboration with m360 for international A2P messaging. The partnership will deploy the latest technology in Generative AI, Conversational AI and Communications Platform as a Service to Globe’s enterprise customer base across all industries.
