Philippines, South Korea vow faster resolution of business bottlenecks

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines and South Korea have signed an upgraded memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen bilateral trade and investment cooperation, including a new mechanism to resolve business bottlenecks. First signed at Malacañang on Tuesday, the agreement was later presented at the Philippines-Korea Business Forum by the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
