PNP-HPG rider injured in SLEx hit-and-run; Napolcom urges swift probe

MANILA, Philippines — A hit-and-run incident involving a Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) rider and an unidentified sport utility vehicle (SUV) along the South Luzon Expressway on Saturday prompted the National Police Commission (Napolcom) to call for a swift investigation. Napolcom said that based on video footage circulating online, the SUV appears to have
