PNP open to CHR probe but stands by Sona arrests

Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said the agency is open to an investigation by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on the arrest of demonstrators during the president’s State of the Nation Address (Sona). “That is necessary for us to make some adjustments to our deployment or
