PNP returns Romualdez arrest warrant to Sandiganbayan

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday returned the warrant of arrest for plunder of former House Speaker Martin Romualdez to the Sandiganbayan Third Division.
