PRC: At least 246 Nazareno devotees given medical, welfare aid

MANILA, Philippines — At least 246 devotees have so far required medical and welfare assistance during the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Friday, according to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). Of this total, PRC reported in its 9 a.m. update that 140 individuals were under vital signs monitoring, 93 sustained minor injuries such as
