CANDON CITY–Bella Belen shone the brightest as Team Heart outlasted Team Hustle, 25-18, 18-25, 25-23, 25-17, in the PVL All-Star Showcase on Friday at Candon City Arena here. The top overall pick from Capital1 continued to establish herself as one of the league’s rising stars, delivering a standout performance in her first All-Star appearance and
