Rains, cloudy skies expected over PH on Thursday – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas across the country are forecast to experience rain and cloudy skies on Thursday due to a shear line, the northeast monsoon, and easterlies, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In its latest forecast, the state weather bureau said cloudy skies with scattered rain or isolated
