Rains to greet post-holiday travelers Friday — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Passengers returning to their homes after the Christmas and New Year celebrations on Friday will experience cloudy skies and rains brought by three weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and isolated
