MANILA, Philippines – Former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte is going to trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his crimes against humanity case.

The all-women pre-trial chamber confirmed all the charges against the former president in a decision made public on Thursday, April 24, after it found that there were substantial grounds to link Duterte to the Davao Death Squad and drug war killings.
