RCR January-March net income jumps 41%

MANILA, Philippines — Gokongwei-led RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) grew first-quarter net income by 41 percent to P2.4 billion. This was attributed to asset infusions completed last year and sustained high occupancy levels.   In a disclosure on Wednesday, RCR said revenues jumped 51 percent to P3.4 billion in the January-to-March period.  READ: RLC raises P7B
