Rebel killed in Negros Occidental encounter

BACOLOD CITY— An alleged member of the New People’s Army (NPA) was killed in an encounter with soldiers of the Philippine Army’s 94th Infantry Battalion in Binalbagan town, Negros Occidental, early Friday.
