Ridon: Rep. Duterte has right to skip ICI probe; Tinio says he’s elusive

MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon on Thursday said it is well within Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte’s rights to skip an invitation from the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI), but he believes it also means waiving his right to respond to the fact-finding body. Ridon said that Duterte’s assertion that
