MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya host Robi Domingo and his non-showbiz wife Maiqui Pineda are expecting their first child together!

The couple made the announcement in a joint Instagram post to mark their second wedding anniversary.

"Two years married… and now our greatest blessing is on the way. Happy 2nd anniversary! We’re ready to give you all our love," Maiqui wrote in the video post's caption.

The video started with clips of Robi and Maiqui showing the positive pregnancy result to friends like Darren Espanto, Donny Pangilinan, Enchong Dee, Kathryn Bernardo, Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, AC Bonifacio, Mikha Lim of BINI, and Coco Martin.

Coldplay's "All My Love" then plays over clips of the couple's milestones over the past couple of years including their wedding, moving into their new home, trips and dates together, and Maiqui's battle with dermatomyositis.

One trip to Shifen, Taiwan shows Maiqui writing a wish to "have healthy babies of our own" on a sky lantern before letting it fly.

The couple actually learned Maiqui was pregnant last September 29, and both individuals appear in a clip then visibly emotional taking in they were going to be parents.

The video then continues with "All My Love" back again with more surprising of family and friends such as Melai Cantiveros-Francisco and Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, ending with a sonogram image and Robi jokingly saying "So, now what?"

Also leaving congratulatory messages in the comments section were Iza Calzado, Janine Gutierrez, Mavy and Cassy Legaspi, Ria Atayde, Khalil Ramos, and Jed Madela.

Robi and Maiqui tied the knot on January 6, 2024 in Bulacan after over five years of dating.
