Robinsons Land OKs P7-billion block sale of RCR shares

MANILA, Philippines – Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) said its board has approved the sale of 945.95 million common shares in RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) in a block transaction worth P7 billion. In a disclosure on Tuesday, RLC said the shares will be sold at P7.40 apiece, bringing the total transaction value to P7,000,000,400, excluding
