MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), one of the Philippines’ top real estate developers, has received two major accolades at the 2025 Global Good Governance (3G) Awards recently held in Brunei Darussalam. The company was presented with the 3G ESG Championship Award 2025 and the 3G Best CSR Program Award 2025, recognizing its commitment to sustainability, transparency and inclusive development.

Robinsons Land was also highlighted as a featured case study in the 3G Report Supplement 2025, published by Cambridge International Financial Advisory. The report commended RLC for its integrated environmental governance, including its nationwide rooftop solar program, EV-charging partnerships, LEED-and EDGE-certified buildings and advanced water and waste management initiatives.

“RLC exemplifies innovative environmental governance through a variety of sustainability initiatives, emphasizing its commitment to reducing its environmental footprint,” the report said. The 3G Awards recognize government agencies, corporations and nonprofit organizations that demonstrate best practices in ethical governance and social responsibility. This year’s theme focused on transformative strategies for health, environment and community resilience.

“It is an incredible honor and we express our utmost gratitude for receiving these awards from the 3G Awards and Cambridge IFA,” said Kerwin Max Tan, chief financial, risk and compliance officer of Robinsons Land.

“These recognitions – 3G ESG Championship Award 2025 and 3G Best CSR Program Award 2025 – affirm our ongoing commitment to sustainability. They inspire us to continue creating shared success for every Filipino through the projects we build, the communities we nurture and the sustainable practices we uphold.”

The company’s inclusion in the 3G Report places it among global peers advocating for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The 3G Awards are organized by Cambridge International Financial Advisory (Cambridge IFA), a UK-based financial services intelligence firm. Cambridge IFA specializes in evaluating governance standards, sustainability practices, and leadership performance across global markets.
