Robinsons Retail posts higher Q1 core profit but bottom line dips

MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. (RRHI) posted higher core earnings in the first quarter of 2026. This was attributed to double-digit sales growth, although the bottom line declined due to higher financing costs and investment losses. In a disclosure, the Gokongwei-led retailer said core net earnings rose 6.2 percent to P1.3 billion. This
