Rogelio Singson resigns from ICI

MANILA, Philippines — Former Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio “Babes” Singson resigned as one of the commissioners of the Independent Commission on Infrastructure (ICI). ICI chairperson Andres Reyes Jr. made the announcement on Wednesday.
