Romualdez camp: Bonoan being pressured to testify

MANILA, Philippines — Former Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan might have been pressured to turn state witness in the flood control corruption scandal and implicate Leyte Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, a spokesperson for the former Speaker said on Thursday. Ade Fajardo said health and medical considerations were the likely reasons behind the task given to
