Saab Magalona couldn't help but relive the trauma as she marked seven years since losing her daughter, Luna.

The podcast host and musician shared a photo of Luna’s grave on Instagram.

“Tomorrow marks seven years since I was told your heart had stopped beating,” Saab wrote in her caption.

"The body remembers anniversaries of trauma. My body remembers this day seven years ago. I was at my doctor’s clinic with twins in my womb. Around this time, the nurses were struggling to find your heartbeat. The doctor had to ring a bell against my belly because 'the other one seems sleepy," she added.

Luna was the twin sister of Pancho, Saab's eldest child with husband Jim Bacarro.

Saab said that she has a scab, literally and metaphorically, and "the only way to stop picking at the physical wound is to confront what’s beneath it—pain that’s much deeper."

She told her late daughter, “Tomorrow, it will be seven years since I held you in my arms for the first and last time. I never talked about it—not because I want to forget you. I never will."

“I love you, my girl. Thank you for keeping your brothers safe. I love you, Luna,” she added.

Saab reminded bereaved parents to be "kind and patient with yourself."

“Grief exists because love is real. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel the pain, not avoid it. It may never fully go away, but in time, the waves come less often and with more space in between," she said. “My angel wanted me to share this with you.”

Saab and Jim have been married since 2015.

Their two kids are Pancho and Vito.

When Luna’s heart stopped beating, Saab’s doctors had to do an emergency c-section to save Pancho.
