Sandiganbayan junks Noel Rivera’s move to consolidate graft cases

MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Sixth Division on Thursday denied the move of Tarlac 3rd District Rep. Noel Rivera to consolidate his nine counts of graft to a single court division. Associate Justice Sarah Jane Fernandez penned the Aug. 27 resolution rejecting Rivera’s July 27 motion for consolidation of his cases.  READ: Tarlac Rep. Noel
