Gerville Luistro has assured the public that Vice President Sara Duterte’s announcement that she will run for president in 2028 will not make impeachment proceedings harder. In an online interview on Friday, Luistro said the system used to handle the two impeachment complaints filed against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will
